E. F. Moon Construction Ltd. is experienced in roadwork, site work, excavation, granular supply, sewer & water, bridges and demolition. We have received several Awards of Excellence from Manitoba Transportation and Government Services for projects completed in the Grading and Minor Structures categories. Our clients include local municipalities and cities, the Manitoba Government, the City of Winnipeg as well as private interests. We also perform subcontracts for other heavy construction companies as well as General Contractors.

Our company is committed to a strong safety and environmental program and ensures employees are trained on the job or at Safety, Health and Environmental Training Conferences. We also provide an employee benefit plan through the Merit Contractors Association of Manitoba.
