Bridge Approaches 18th Street North, Brandon PTH #10

This project was performed under contract to Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation. The project took place in the fall of 2007. Work on the project involved hauling clay material from a borrow pit from outside of Brandon to the site location. Over 50,000 cubic meters were hauled from the borrow pit to the bridge. This involved many "lifts" which were bulldozed, graded and packed until the desired elevations were achieved.
