Trans Canada Highway #1 Portage La Prairie, Manitoba Overpass Demolition

This project was performed under contract to Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation. The project took place in Feb. and March of 2007. Work on the project involved removing existing structure including girders and support structures. This overpass was deemed unsafe in the fall of 2006 and closed. Safety was a major concern with the CN line below still on line.
